  1. Recommendations to improve balance:
    1. Slow down and move with grace
    2. Start every day with stretching and breathing exercises
      1. Full inhales and exhales with three part breath
      2. Balancing postures: Palm Tree (on balls of feet) & Chair (weight in heels)
      3. Eye exercises & Daily Om
    3. Warm nourishing foods (no ice water)
    4. Foot and ankle massage with warm oil before bed daily
