Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Training Wednesday 6-8:20pm through the Center for Ayurveda and Yoga Study. Two weekend immersions per quarter. Synchronous class also meets Saturday mornings. Study of the ancient philosophies from India, understand the mind, body, spirit connection and improve well being! Building upon a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher completion, this program (8 courses) plus a practicum fulfills requirements for becoming a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist. Complete 300-hours to become a 500-hour RYT.

Saturday Morning Yoga online via Zoom from 9-10 am PDT. Continuing this summer! Practice yoga overlaid with teachings on Ayurveda, the seasons, mythology, and philosophy. Join this morning class that moves at a measured pace and gives room for all. Registration and payment online. $15 drop-in , $65 for a 5-class package or $120 for 10-class package.
Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays at 12:00 noon, online via Zoom. With a focus on deep breathing and seasonal balance, this class combines yoga postures and Ayurvedic principles. All Levels. Come experience back breathing and how therapeutic yoga can help you find balance and health. Appropriate to reduce and reverse hypertension, asthma, diabetes and anxiety.
