The Center for Ayurveda and Yoga Study has 200-hour, 300-hour and 800-hour courses available! Learn the benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda in balancing mind, body and spirit. The 200-hour classes meet online via Zoom through Portland Community College on Tuesday and Thursday in-person hybrid evening from 6 to 8:20 pm. The 300-hour class meets on Wednesday evenings from 6-8:20pm, Saturday mornings and two weekends per term. Instructors include: Ann Wagoner, Anne Grey, Kimi Cook, Heidi Goldman, Cynthia Russell, Jeevani Eigen, and Natasha Korshak.
CAYS Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Training Program is accredited by the Accreditation Committee of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

Each 200 hour term starts with the quarter at PCC. Program provides Yoga Alliance certification and Professional Ayurvedic Continuing Education credits from the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and Oregon Department of Education. The Year 1 300-hour program allows you to become a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
The 800-hour program includes the Year 1 300-hour program, a Year 2 300-hour program plus a 200-hour mentored practicum. These specialized Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy components prepare graduates for professional Yoga Therapy certification through IAYT. The pre-requisite for the therapy program is the 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate.
